Rules to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment
General Discipline
- Students must assemble on the first bell and stand in line on the second bell.
- Assembly attendance is compulsory for all students and staff.
- Maintain silence while moving between assembly and classrooms.
- Classroom changes must be orderly and silent.
- Students cannot leave campus without Principal’s permission.
- Punctuality, uniform, discipline, and polite behaviour are mandatory.
- Students without proper uniform will not be allowed in class.
- English must be spoken within school premises.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance.
Attendance & Leave Rules
- Regular absentees must explain reasons in writing to the Principal.
- Leave applications should be submitted before school begins.
- Applications must be recorded in the school diary and signed by parents.
- Late submission results in absence marking.
- Students must rejoin immediately after holidays.
- Absence of 3 continuous days after reopening may lead to seat cancellation.
- Medical certificate required for illness.
- Fitness certificate required after contagious diseases.
- No late-comers allowed; they will be sent back.
Documents & Identity
- School diary must be purchased and maintained.
- Diary must be signed regularly by parents.
- Every student must carry a valid ID card signed by Principal.
Prohibited Items & Conduct
- No mobile phones, cameras, radios, or objectionable materials.
- No sharp objects or dangerous items allowed.
- No expensive jewellery or valuable items.
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or weapons will result in expulsion.
Property & Responsibility
- Students are responsible for their personal belongings.
- School not responsible for lost items.
- Do not damage school property.
- Damages must be compensated by students.
- Report any accidental damage immediately.
Parent Guidelines
- Parents must report to office before visiting.
- No direct classroom interaction without permission.
- Parents must sign school remarks in diary.
- No outside food delivery through others.
Disciplinary Actions & Misconduct
- Irregular attendance or negligence in studies.
- Disturbing classes or school events.
- Disobeying teachers or authorities.
- Misconduct during exams or activities.
- Damaging property or spreading rumors.
- Using abusive language or loitering.
- Non-serious attitude towards studies.
Games & Physical Education
- Games are compulsory for all students.
- Primary classes during school hours; seniors in evening.
- Absence may result in fines.
- Sports include Football, Basketball, Hockey, Volleyball, Badminton, Kabaddi, Yoga, Table Tennis, etc.
Rules Concerning Absence

- Written application with reason is mandatory.
- Leave only for valid reasons (wedding max 2/year with prior notice, medical with certificate).
- After 3 days absence, medical certificate required (MBBS/ENT/Eye/BDS only).
- Long holiday delay may remove student after 1 week.
- Re-admission fee ₹500 if name is struck off.
- No entry without signed parent application.
- Prior leave required except emergencies.
- No re-test for missed exams.
- 10 days absence = removal from rolls.
- No outsiders allowed inside school.
- Strict action for violations.
- Academic failure or misconduct may lead to dismissal.
- Serious cases: insubordination, immorality, disrespect.
- Contact Principal via appointment only.
- Parents can assist in learning activities.
